Donations – Non-Refundable
- Donations to Grassroots Foundation are final and non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to our causes.
- Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- In case of any duplicate transaction or error due to technical reasons, please contact us within 7 working days, and we will review the request.
Event Registrations / Program Contributions
- Contributions made towards events, sponsorships, or specific programs are also non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled by Grassroots Foundation, participants or contributors will be informed, and an alternative arrangement may be provided.
Shipping & Products
- Grassroots Foundation does not sell any products, merchandise, or physical goods.
