Access to technology is no longer a privilege, it’s a necessity for every child’s learning journey. To prepare our students for the future, we are committed to integrating digital education into their everyday curriculum.

We are proud to announce the successful setup of a Computer Lab at Indian Glory English School, an initiative made possible through the generous collaboration of the Vedanta Foundation and the Rotary Club of Bombay Airport.

This meaningful partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing digital literacy among underprivileged children studying at our school. The initiative was coordinated and supported by the esteemed Mr. Rizwan Naik from Vedanta Foundation, whose continuous efforts helped bring this vision to life. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Apurva Patel, President of Rotary Club of Bombay Airport, and Mr. Rajesh Agrawal, Former President, for their unwavering support and contribution to this noble cause.

As part of this collaboration, laptops were provided to the school to be included in the students’ regular curriculum. This addition will allow our children to learn basic computer skills, explore educational software, and gain hands-on experience with technology; an essential tool for learning in today’s world.

The joy and excitement among the students during the lab’s inauguration were truly heartwarming. For many of them, it was their very first interaction with a computer. Watching their curiosity and eagerness to learn reaffirmed our belief that opportunities like these can transform lives.

This initiative aligns perfectly with Grassroots Foundation’s mission to create self-sustainable communities through education and empowerment. By introducing digital learning, we aim to bridge the gap between traditional and modern education, ensuring our students are equipped with the skills they need to thrive in a technology-driven world.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Vedanta Foundation, Rotary Club of Bombay Airport, and everyone involved for their commitment to empowering young minds. Together, we are shaping a brighter, more inclusive future.
